The ALL STARS STORY
When we joined Realty World International in October 2007, several mortgage companies had folded, credit was tightening, and there were strong indications the real estate downturn had begun. We heard from many who asked us the same question, “Why in the world would you open up a real estate company at this time?” We answered, ”There is no better time.” Large Brokerages and Traditional Franchises had become bloated and impersonal. They were not positioned to provide the right vision to help agents succeed in the new marketplace.
We knew that unrivaled support to our agents would empower them with the tools and environment they needed to weather the coming storm while continuing to provide extraordinary service to their customers.
Our understanding of technology would be put to full use as we set about a course of action that, in hind sight, was years ahead of the Industry. We became leaders in multi-media marketing, utilizing print, video, websites and search engines to increase exponentially our market exposure. And as our industry began to react to the changes we had foreseen, we moved ahead into social media, deliberately and systematically utilizing available resources to market our agents and client homes in new and (back then) non-traditional ways.
We never stand still
Every minute of every day we strategize, analyze, create, and commit. Our focus is aimed on improving our services in measurable ways, not by following and copying the crowd, but rather by blazing the trail. We never accept status quo. We see no boundaries we cannot overcome nor recognize the existence of road-blocks to accomplishment. Challenges are viewed as catalysts for change and drive us on to recognize trends and market shifts. And every day, we plan for the future.
ALL STARS was designed to build a dynamic partnership between our clients, agents, and company. We would create a whole new level of professional service that truly put our clients’ interest on top. We chose agents who subscribed to our philosophy and have grown our organization by carefully selecting only those who we feel share our core values.
To lead – not to follow
We were first to recognize the importance of syndicating our listings in a network of cooperating realtors as well as real estate specialty websites. We knew the internet was changing our job descriptions, and we developed a course of action designed to help our agents take advantage of these changes without getting bogged down by industry hype. We analyzed search engines and crafted a strategy that challenged current practice and advice of so-called industry experts.
We studied – we innovated
We looked at the limitations traditional home magazines have for displaying listings in our marketplace and crafted our own unique product. The ALL STARS Insider showcases homes with beauty and breadth. It is both Print and Virtual, passive and interactive. It can be viewed on mobile devices, home televisions, computers, and personal tablets utilizing all operating systems. And, like our brokerage, it is always evolving.
Our commitment to our customers has been rewarded by recognitions both inside and outside our Industry. In 2009 we earned induction into the Realty World International Hall of Fame. In 2011 and 2012, our nation’s largest daily newspaper, The Los Angeles Times, named us the “Best Realtor in the Inland Empire.” In 2012, readers of the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin newspaper called us “Best in the Inland Valley!”
With recognition come responsibility and a challenge to continue our commitment to improve services to our customers and associates. We do so with the knowledge that representing clients is a privilege we earn and a trust we respect.
